Ordinance #08-15- This ordinance concerns Chapter 284, Vehicles and Traffic of the Franklin Municipal Code.
Community Development Block Grant Project – This public hearing is to update the public on, and to take public comment concerning the progress of the renovations at the Bessie Rowell Community Center to accommodate the Twin Rivers Intergeneration Program (TRIP) the center for seniors and disabled adults. The TRIP Center will be relocating to the Bessie Rowell Community Center.

City Council to consider the scheduling of a public hearing on Resolution #05-15 concerning whether to fund the “Cross Street Tank Rehabilitation Project” and public hearing on Resolution #06-15 regarding authorization to participate in the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund *(DWSR) or to determine some other form or combination of funding for financing the projects.
